Prior to joining Queensway Chambers, Holly was pupil to Mr. Clive Grossman, S.C., Mr. Walker Sham, Mr. Douglas Kwok, Mr. Leo Remedios, and Mr. Benson Tsoi.
In her limited practice, she assisted Mr. Edward Fitzgerald Q.C., Mr. Clive Grossman, S.C., and Mr. Benson Tsoi in a 10-month conspiracy to defraud and money laundering trial. Her first case in full practice was a CFA case led by Mr. Shahmin Khattak where the result was a quashed conviction and retrial.
Holly has a mixed practice and conducts cases in both English and Chinese. She has a growing interest in construction and architectural laws and regulations. She is also a legal advice volunteer with Justice Without Borders, an NGO that supports victims of labour exploitation and human trafficking.
