Colin Leung

Colin is a barrister with a broad practice in civil and criminal litigation. For civil practice, Colin has represented clients and given legal opinions over a spectrum of cases including contractual and commercial disputes, land disputes, family and matrimonial matters, trust and probate, company and shareholder disputes, defamation, building management disputes, and personal injuries cases.

In respect of his criminal practice, Colin takes on both private defence works and instructions to prosecute on behalf of the Department of Justice. He has appeared for trial, appeal case, bail application, mitigation and legal visit.

Colin is also an accredited CEDR and HKMAAL mediator.  He was appointed as mediator for various cases concerning commercial contract disputes, water leakage cases, property and building management case.
